Technical Training for small Groups. Working on technical skills specific for individuals. Working on 1v1 and small sided play.

High Intensity Pre-season preparation for the college bound soccer athlete. Working on individual specific fitness plans.
High School Pre -Season $50.00 (60 min)
Pre-s eason fitness and preperation for highschool athletes.

Be prepared for a workout!!

You will need to bring appropriate footwear and confirm where you would like to train.

In the event of cancellation or inclement weather please call at least 2 hours ahead of time. All coaches who travel will require to be paid for the session.
